James has posted a new update on the WAR Herald warning us that our characters may look a little different when we log in today.
Some players may notice that their character's appearance has changed in game. Due to the addition of new customization options certain careers/races have had their appearance altered. We realize that this is not visually appealing, however, we assure you that this bug is not the result of any greater issue and will not impact live in anyway.

We anticipate issues such as these in testing and thank you for your assistance as we work to build a better game. Thank you!
